Booked round trip flight from Fresno CA to Kansas City, plus 5 day Rental Car. They charged and took out $307 from my bank for the rental car and showed I only had to pay the remaining $160 for the rental car. Dollar Rental car had No record in computer of the $307 Cheap O Air charged me towards the rental. I had to pay the car in total... Losing my $307! Customer Support on Website will not load. They stole $307 from me. Do Not Use these scam artists
I booked a flight with Flair through cheapoair and flair offered to give me a refund. They sent me a confirmation that a refund has been processed. Cheapoair used a third party credit card to make bookings so there for Flair returned it back to them.
It has been 60 days and Cheap o air has still not processed my refund.

I missed my round trip flight this summer from Kitchener to Calgary and back because my mom tested covid positive on the morning of my flight as a precautionary measure.
When asked to book me another flight, since I have been a long time customer, as I've never booked from any other website, I was asked if I have proof of my mother's test results with the date. I said I did but the underwriter still did not approve any exceptions

DO NOT USE CHEAPOAIR.COM -They will deceive you to steal your money. An absolute scamming website. I should have looked at the reviews first. Wanted to buy plane tickets, gave me what I thought was a tentative time frame of 9am -5pm, thinking it would show actual times before purchase… Nope, the next page a confirmation of purchase page with a specific departure time I could not use. Immediately called CHEAPOAIR and they said "sorry, you already purchased, no returns". Credit card chargeback was unsuccessful. They said it was a purchase made by me. Now I'm out $600+.
We would kindly ask you to provide a screen shot of our website not displaying the times beside the available flights, as we have never seen this and not sure how this could be possible to display flights without the times. Refunds are a problem, even theoretically there is no chance to get the money back. They just block you when making a claim
Many of our tickets we sell are non refundable per the airline fare rules. As a travel agency we must follow those guidelines. If an emergency comes up that's when travel insurance would come in handy.
The airline refunded all of the funds due to a hurricane and cancelled flights. We booked the flights through CheapOair. They are so greedy they kept their fee even when EVERY OTHER COMPANY for the trip refunded in full because, well there is a hurricane. What are you supposed to do. This company is 100% for themselves and do not care one bit about the consumer. Avoid at all costs. I will never use them again. This company disgusts me. My booking number I provided is my proof of purchase, don't let their requirements for posting confuse you, this is real!

Now I get an opportunity to update my review. CheapOair claims there was a refund before I made a claim with our credit card. ALL LIES. THE CHARGE STILL IS ON MY CARD! Do not use this company. They will continue to lie just to keep your money!
A horrible company that rips you off at every turn. Customer service is horrid and takes forever to get a hold of. They will make changes to your flights and offer you know way to change it or get a refund in return. A horrible experience that I went up throwing over $200 down the drain because of this rip off of a company.
Our apologies for the long hold times, your business is very important to us. After reviewing your booking the airline Contour airlines made the changes to your flight and as a travel agency, we have no say in their operations. But we were able to get a refund processed for you, so no loss to you in regards to the cost of your ticket. We did try and reach you on Nov 4. But got only your voice mail. Please review your email for the updated details regarding the refund status.
I didn"t like that I paid for my luggage, seats, also reserved car, no confirmation was received and on top of everything, you charged me taxes for each one of the transaction: luggage, seats, tickets, etc

I had a worst experience with these idiots. We booked the tickets with them and they told us airlines changed the time and we asked us for new tickets they keep telling us we will send and we are working with airlines. Never they send us that. Everyday 2 to 3 times I use to call and they use to keep me on hold for 45 mins. Not even one agent will tell there real name. Fraud Fraud Fraud People.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

After further review and contacting the car rental agency Centouro in Barcelona, they have advised us that you were listed as a no show on a non refundable car rate. The car was scheduled for pick up at 10:00am BCN time, and they also gave a 2 hour grace period in which you did not show up until hours later, therefore the car was rented to another customer by the car rental company. We have asked them to refund you and they have denied as the rate you booked was non-refundable.
