So Glad they didn't arbitrarily charge my card the extra $300 that my flight went up. These "new" prices are no where to be found until it checks your card... "SCAM" then you call they can't find your info with the number that they text you with so you go through the whole thing again just for them to tell you a price a little lower.
So I say no thanks... yes it's the price and all of a sudden I can have the price that I was supposed to have when I started the reservation? I feel like it was a ID theft waiting to happen. Then he called me back asking what the problem was and said he could give me the regular price I found the first time. There was no way I was giving these people my card information over the phone.

CHeap O air does not allow free cancellation within 24 hours. They charged $50 for cancellation even if you call within hours... Just want to let everyone knows prior to visit their website...

Booked it 5 months ago and the schedule got changed 5 times. I even have to pay to get another schedule that work for me.
They make mistakes with my fly make me miss my flight then they give me credit for the next fly. I try to used the credit to fly now they ask me to pay extra for it. My previous fly cost 2229.47 now they ask me to pay another 1000$ Extra to book the fly. How's is this possible when it was they fault. Cheapoair but not cheap at all they try to rob us more instead. This is horrible
I am a customer with them more than 10 years ago and I tried to contact them asking to refund me the difference of the tickets I booked as the price went down they don't care and they don't even call on the time I gave to them to call
The fare is non refundable and unfortunately the flights that you posted here is for a different flight than what you booked. Our PMP stipulates it has to be on the same airline and same dates, and times, and also must be within 24 hours of making the reservation from one of the major travel sites. Your booking did not meet these requirements.
I gave two stars only because the agent on the phone although slow but was nice, otherwise I would have given one star. I booked airfare from them and immediately realized that I booked for the wrong dates. Modifying would not have been an option because the airport I selected rarely has cheap airfare so I decided to cancel. I first tried their online chat service, waited for 15 minutes and finally got through an agent. They sent a link to my email to cancel. I asked them to wait so that I can check. When I checked the link it did not let me cancel my reservation. I notified the agent but they had already left. I restarted the chat again, waited for 10 minutes and chat session ended automatically, this happened three time by that time I decided to call them. I called their customer service. The wait was about 4 minutes until I started talking to an agent. They seemed helpful but put me on hold for 20 minutes twice. After spending hour and a half on chat and phone I was able to get my tickets cancelled. I get it that tickets can be cheaper by these third party agencies but man cancellation is a hassle. I would most definitely buy directly from airlines going forward.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
