I can't fing My Booking. Can't find how to check in a suitcase, The booking number you gave me isn't accepted. Do I really have a reservation or not? I am a 71 year old British citizen living in Greece but leaving permanently now on Sunday. When I made the booking, I chose the fleible optio and understood I could check in one suitcase as well as cabin bag and personal item. Not sure what I paid the extra for since I can neither book hold luggage, nor request special assistance. I am now really anxious as I am alone with no one to help me here. I attempted to select my seats on the first flight from SF to Taipei and was unable to complete that adjustment online... Even during the last 24hr. When I got to the check in I was unable to have them change my seat which requires an aisle seat for a medical condition concerning my right knee.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
