Como prestadores de servicios, son pésimos, en febrero compre un boleto y pagué un seguro que me permitiera cancelar el boleto si no podía viajar, como en efecto, no pude viajar y a la hora de cancelar el boleto, que creen, no pude recuperar el dinero, el maldito seguro al final no cubría nada, y tuve que dejar el dinero como crédito, diciéndome en ese momento que para poder volar y usar el crédito, debía tomar un vuelo que costara más y que solo debía pagar la diferencia del tiket, al sacar de nuevo el pasaje, pues tuve que abonar la diferencia del pasaje, mas un fee que cobran por el servicio, nada, al final terminé pagando por un vuelo de ida $ 326.66, $ 151.76 por encima del monto del crédito. Me siento estafado por su CIA, para lo cual, NUNCA más volveré a usar su compañia para obtener un boleto, y lo que es peor, a todos mis amigos y familiares, les comentaré de la falta de profesionalidad y el engaño sufrido con ustedes.
