They have removed their 800 # forcing you to call long distance. I was on the phone for 90 minutes just to book my seats and was charged long distance! The call was longer than my flight!

Jet Blue changed the times of both our outgoing and return flights. Neither flight was possible to get to. The email,asked if we accept the changes or did we wish to cancel. We opted to cancel the reservation. The next field asked if we would like a credit or a refund. We opted for the refund. After approximately 10 hours on the phone Cheapoair said we are not eligible because of Jet Blues rules. We never had anyn discussions with Jet Blue. BOOK DIRECT DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

Your customer service was outstanding. Initially, I had problems with getting the website to capture the numbers of passengers I needed to book for a flight. So I contacted customer service. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and helped me through every stage to resolve the problem. Indeed, it is a memorable experience.
I have not had a good experience with using CheapOair. Their service is not reliable. I will never use them again, and I would not recommend anyone to use this service. It is a better deal and less trouble when you purchase tickets directly from an airplane carrier website. Being the middle man, CheapOair charges higher prices initially. If you want to modify your airplane ticket, they demand even more money to change anything from your ticket that the airplane carrier will not charge. Also, I found the agent being unprofessional.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
