I would give them a 0. The worst experience I had in my life. On 4/19/2023 I reached out to the company asking for help with booking. * (the name of representative that answered the call) asked what price do I get when try to process. I said $2,457.05 (still have the print screen and aa video recording which has the conversation and the processing on my end). She told the price just went up and I have to pay $2,650. I accepted the increase. * took all my personal data (address, name, email & credit card information) and told that price went up again and it is now $3,200. I declined the package. How is that even possible the price to go up that much within minutes. I feel this company just fraudulently gets customers personal data. I got a call after midnight from another representative telling me that he can make it for $2.200. When I asked if this included the lodging he hang up the phone and never called again. I swear I will public conversation I had with these guys and this company will be all over the internet. I specifically asked * to not share my data, but she ignored my request asking another representative to call.
On 4/20/2023 I booked a package for aorher dates (I had to go through hell to reschedule my vacation and get approval from my management. I paid >$2,200. In one hour I received a call from * telling me that my package was not confirmed, prices went up and I have to pay additional $150+. This company is a mess. A bunch of criminals with no respect for their client. I have a hold on my account and no idea if my vacation is going to happen. These guys made me shacking and caused a serious emotional distress. DISAPPOINTED!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
