Seats selection not so easy to follow. I did not understand the charge for seat selection, I just chose the available seats then I get charged almost USD60 for 3 persons.

I asked for assistance with return flight seat assignment did not get it. Kept me on phone for a very long time without resolution. Had to call American Airlines to confirm my seats. Will never use a third party to book my flights again!

Miserable website. "Select Seats" button did not load after who knows how many attempts; tried to register for club, but verification email has not arrived yet (+/- 10 minutes). Now, my booking shows that I am in seat 13D, even though I have not yet selected seats, and I cannoy find a link to view/change seats. I hope this is not indicative of my upcoming flight experience with your airline.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
