It was an efficient experience. I was able to search different dates without any problem.
Challenges trying to change an error with my co-passengers last name. Did what they asked 3-4 times, but still hadn't been corrected. Called but had to only leave a voice message and never had a returned phone call back. Days later, did get an email from the 'executive' waivers team and it was finally settled! What a relief, since it took a very long time and much stress to finally get the requested end result. Thank you Executive Waivers team!

The package plan through cheapOair was within my budget for a short get away weekend. Unfortunately, I was not able to use my Hilton honors rewards to get points but, I did get a room at a decent rate. No complaints!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
