It took awhile to make the reservation and the location is out of the country. There were different airports to select from and I did not want to select one that was too far away from my destination. Once I had that done, it was easy to select the flights and hotel for my little 5 day vacation. Cannot wait to get packing!

I booked my flight for a round trip and payed extra fees so I could changed my date without the changed fees, so I should return on may 25 but I can't so I called for a return date changed, the agent told me I have to pay extra 280 cad then I explain to them that when I was booking the flight I payed extrat fees so I could changed the ticket without fees and it told me can't not do nothing for me. Now I feel scammed and I know they did that to many people. I even called the airline and they propose me 80 cad for the changed even more cheaper than what CheapOair proposing me. I suggest that's we avoid this company ( CheapOair) because they don't respect their customers and they scam us.

Little confusing. I was approved by Cheap O Air credit card but it would not go thru to take advantage of the $50 statement credit.

I got double booking. I was booked on Cebu Pacific and then was rebooked on Scoot. Please cancel one of my bookings. I got a message from CheapOair that the Cebu Pacific flight was not available and that I should choose another flight. I booked a flight with Scoot only to discover that my Cebu Pacific booking was successful.
