Hi, I like Cheapoair, I recommend purchasing tickets from it for more than 10 years, but this ticket I face many difficulties, we had war in Jerusalem where I stayed when i left US, i described to your agent that me and my handicapped spn missed the flight, young men attached the police office and killed 2 of them. The army blocked the area that day and did not allow us to leave to Amman. I ended up purchasing to tickets and paid 1260 $, I kindly hope to recieve some refund from you. So far, so good! Booking was done in a timely manner and Customer Service filled me in on all the details of my booking and additions.
In June 2023 I booked a round trip airline ticket and rental care for 6 days stay in Spain in October (11-17) 2023 through CheapOair. Due to an emergency, I returned on October 14,2023. CheapOair was unable to assist with flight scheduling for the dates on which I needed to return. CheapOair cites a "policy" for a third party agent as prohibiting a refund on the car rental. The actual car rental agency informed me on site it would be willing refund me the days not used, but could not because CheapOair arranged the booking. I made my own return flights booking for October 14. At initial booking, CheapOair charged me a "flexible ticket" fee, but all arrangements it made proved inflexible. CheapOair's services provide no added value, nor are myriad "policies" applicable to CheapOair's bookings made transparent to on-line customers in advance of actual booking and payment.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
