My complaint is the way the system keeps trying to get more purchases by confusing issues; such as buying baggage by showing one personal bag free and then offering to buy a checked in bag as if no check in bags are allowed free when in fact one bag is. Honesty and ethics demand YOU show what is already included instead of making it look like a purchase is necessary.
Shame on you for your deception, which is nothing less than lying and fraud.

I had made a very bad experience through this not reliable company Cheapoair I booked with the knowledge of the customer service on the phone my tickets through this company paid over $5370 to fly with my 4 kids to see my family after long 4 years and when I arrived after 6 hours long drive to Calgary to depart next early morning the airline denied our flights we couldn`t board it was the most bad night mare we went through we still didn`t received anything from this company back not any refund $0 or any credit towards new bookings I`m still waiting of them to reply but nothing happening I would never recommend this company to anyone to book their flight tickets here very very disappointed and frustrated of the big amount of money we just lost of wrong and not truth information to fly and got denied can`t still believe it didn`t see my family in so long its a nightmare this company need to get shut down. Plus not to mentioned about my cellphone bill di reach someone of the customer service its not a toll free number I paid over $300 for the bill to talk after so many months to someone but still nothing unbelievable crazy and no one is telling the truth on the phone even talked to managers but still no answer, no money refund or any credit towards new tickets.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
