This is not a good agency to book with flight. You book the ticket ahead of time so you dont have to worry of your schedule and the price of ticket. But with them, it is positively flight will chnage. Once the schedule chnaged it will take couple of months for them to book and you will worry that you will not get the same flight details. You will have anxiety of your bookings like hotel and entrances ticket because you don't know if you will get the same time of your schedule.

My flight has been changed, and this company has provided zero help with the change after multiple phone calls. After many, many calls, I was able to get a flight, but it was two days later and was going to cost hundreds of dollars more. I would steer clear of this company, the customer service is more or less worthless.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
