It was booking.I've written twice. I went over the booking before pressing button realized I booked wrong time, hit back button, changed time hit send and it said...are you sure?.you already have a booking book 2nd ticket or call customer service. Stupid me called customer service within 2 min... no grace for a mistake cost me almost $100 more. If I would have booked the 2nd trip, they would have just corrected the mistake for free.

They sent several email to make sure I was aware of the time change very apo
It took me 6 or more times to try to book my flight as every time I selected a flight got to payment then was messaged flight not available and had to start all over again. Eventually I had to call your agent who told me Japan Airlines were not confirming bookings, but then why show the flights available on your website
