I can't get an itinerary to save my life. I've requested twice via the website and once via your chatbot and still no itinerary. All I get is an email with a link to the website. That is NOT an itinerary. I have nothing that confirms my seat selection, or that I paid for baggage, or the times or anything like that... unless I log into my account and look at it online. This is not always convenient or even feasible. I need backup.

Seat selection should NOT cost anything! Although it's not you, Fronter Airline charging $74 for a carry-on bag is outrageous. This just confirms why I don't fly very often..
I can't just quickly change things without someone on the other end trying to make me purchase more items. I do not appreciate the sales tactics of this company. I was called no less than 7 times, SEVEN, after I booked my flights and then when I had to cancel my car I was given more sales tactics.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
