I booked seats for my sister and dad and paid extra to ensure they could sit next to each other. However, when they received their boarding passes, they were assigned seats that were not even close to each other. It's important to honor the reserved seats for passengers. Changing seat assignments just before takeoff is unacceptable.

There is no extra cost charged by Cheapoair to make sure you have seats together. If you booked the seats that were available on the screen next to each other the cost of the seat is all that is accepted. If once you selected them and the airline changed them that is something Cheapoair the travel agency has no control over. You will need to take this complaint to the airline with whom you flew with. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
