Upon ticket purchase, received call from upsell agent who did not initially state the reason for the call. I had a stressful time purchasing the tickets and so when I received a call 5 minutes after purchase, I assumed the worst. I repeatedly asked why they were calling and they insisted on confirming all of the details of my itinerary. Finally, I got upset and insisted that they tell me why they were calling. It was schedule insurance. Or something like that...not cool! ALSO, the My Trips dashboard shows my trip as being for 3 travelers. THERE ARE 4 OF US! More panic as I contact the airline to verify that I purchased 4 tickets. NOT COOL! Only gave 3 stars because CheapO won't let 1 or 2 star reviewers leave a comment. NOT COOL!
