Was simply trying to book a vacation for my wife's bday and had to cancel booking twice because I was advised of departure and check in times incorrectly. It took 4 days of searching and calling to book again near the same price. Now we're staying at 2 separate hotels unfortunately because of a 1 night mistake. I refuse to pay $300 for 1 night when my package was charging $360 for 4 nights.
