The price showed $157 per ticket at check out and then i was charged $237 per ticket. Customer service was no help and even rude. They suggested I cancel my ticket for a fee and rebook which I knew would cost me way more. What a terrible experience and bad customer service. I will go to another 3rd party website next time. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you.

Always a Great experience! Started using Cheapo Air On my first flight to Cape Verde in 2012 and had a great experience. I've been back to CV about 8 more times and continue to find the best price is cheapo air.
I like Cheapo Air and the app because it's quick and easy to use. I find the prices aren't much different across the different companies.
It was simple, fast, affordable and easy I think this will be my go to app for now on.
Lost over $1,600 during Covid due to not able to fly to Japan Cheapo takes money but tells its customers to contact airline for refund meanwhile airline tells customer to contact Cheapo, so all of a sudden they or nobody is no longer responsible. I feel is Cheapo collected money they should be responsible for the full refund so they should hash things out with the airlines not the customer.

Thank you for your feedback. You can add meal requests under the name field when booking reservations online and we provid the option to add baggage, so not sure what happened. After the tickets have been issued, you will need to vist the airline website and add your requests directly with the airline. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.

I have booking my EWR to AMD flight in Apr2024, from that date to today 09/11/2024 i have received every 2 months flights status changes from ChepoAir, which is bull$#*!, i call every time my Airlines United and they said they never change any status of my flights, but this ChepoAir people are sucks, customer service people every 2 months eat my 4+ hours for same thing. I am very much flustered

I chose a flight based on its price and by the time I checked out, it was 80 more. In addition, the cost for the bag didn't come up until after that. In all, I ended. Up paying 150 more dollars for this flight. I would have chosen a different flight had I known. Many airlines include the price of a carry on so I really wasn't expecting this. Whatever happened to price transparency?
Thank you for your feedback. People all over the world are able to go onto their computers and phones and look for the same limited seats on any given flight. Discounted fares can sell out very quickly and most domestic carriers do not include baggage in the ticket price. That is why it is a standard in the airline industry, no matter if you purchase tickets through the airline, an online website or a local travel agency, fares are never guaranteed until the ticket is issued. We regret any inconvenience or frustration.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

Not sure where you got $157.00 unless you were looking at a different flight but just the base price for the ticket you bought was $140.00 before the airline taxes were added in and we gave you a $54.00 discount for two tickets. The only added extra we see that you added to the booking was $27.90 for trip cancellation insurance. If you saw it cheaper you can still call the office by 6pm EST Sept.13 and they will check if you can cancel for a refund.
