With people all over the world able to go onto their computers, laptops and even phones to look for the same limited seats, discounted airfares and even flights can sell out quickly. That is why it is an industry standard that fares are never guaranteed until the ticket is issued. We regret any inconvenience.

I needed to change the incorrect spelling of my name. I felt like I was being held hostage by the male rep I wasvtaking too. He wanted 250.00 to change the spelling arms then 50.00 and then he said my cancelation insurance would be cancelation if I didn't pay. I refused arms he changed the name on 1 of the flights. The otherbflight could not be changed until 2 days before coming home. I tried to cancel thev fight bUT he would not. I was left with 2 flights with different spelled names. Ultimately I needed to cancel my flights and cheapoair made it clear agree numerous talks with different reps that I would not get a refund. I learned I did have cancellation insurance and they did not feel my reason was good enough to warrant refund. These people are crooked and should you ever need to change anything, you will not be helped. Oh and... they changed the times on my flights 5 times in 2 months. The window of even making it to Tampa for my cruise was becoming a problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Use Expedia or anyone else!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
