I have had hotel, car, and flight reservations. They were the best price and I was always updated when there were any changes.
I made a reservation, my card was declined but there is not way update the payment, ending up on not real reservation yet and not way to get help and support.
Booking is easy. But when I pre-pay for baggage, it does not show up and I've ended up paying again at the ticket desk, twice.
Not cool.

My booking was canceled for no obvious reason! Suspicious security issues was mentioned as the reason behind my credit card payment not being authorized, without any further clarification!
Our company has specific verification process that we complete, and if your card does not meet those requirements, or your bank cannot verify the information you gave us the booking does not get confirmed. Our apologies for the inconvenience,
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
