The website didn't complete my booking -- it cancelled it. When I tried to rebook, it wouldn't let me, so I called customer service. When they tried to book the flight, the price they quoted me was $100 more than what I was seeing on the website. The person said there was nothing she could do.
I hung up and called back to speak with a different customer service representative. He was able to book me for only $10 over the original online price. He was very helpful, but I shouldn't have had to try to book the same flight 4 different times between online and 2 customer service representatives, with different prices being quoted each time. Ridiculous.
