My trip was cancelled due to fires in Maui. All my reservations were cancelled as they were asking people not to come to the island for a couple weeks following the disaster. My flights were the only thing I had to call to cancel and was charged $99 for each person to refund my flights that I had no use for. Extenuating circumstances that I feel should have been waived. Too sad and disappointed to argue with the operator at the time.
