After many years buying my tickets with your company, I won't buy a thing from your page anymore. I was assaulted with this purchased. I book my flight and pay for the seats and the bags. $500+ then I got a call from India, and they said I did not pay for my seats, They charge me for the seats and other cherges:

I checked the app and the seats were not there and the app ask me to book the chairs again. I called and the person called TAM add the seats and promise to send an email with the changes. Then suddenly he told me that i only pay half of the bags fee. What idiots book a round trip and don't charge for both trips? Only a thief that wants to charge more and more.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

Very sorry for the inconvenience, I do see that when you booked this you added the extras youself which are only optional like support package, bag service fee which is only to help if your bags get lost, and you added travel assist. You show the charges but I don't see that you were charged for seats! Contact the billing department they will be glad to assist with going through the charges with you.,
