Cheapoair is one of the worst companies out there (if I could give them a minus 10 for a review I would) DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM I booked my flight with them to Nova Scotia and the airline that they booked me with had gone under two months previous so when I showed up to the airport the day of the flight the airline did not exist anymore (and Cheapoair never even notified me of that the airline had gone under) and now they will not refund my money that Cheapoair has charged on my credit card and everytime I call the Cheapoair I get the run around from their agents sometimes staying on hold for an hour...the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced! I will be reporting them...do not book any of travel arrangements with this company they are a scam!

I was having a difficult time finding the right plan that allowed us to match the flight coming and going, but liked how this site allowed me to mix and match the leaving flight with the return flight.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

This complaint has already been addressed, the airline filed chapter 11 on Sept. 11 not months ago therefore we are working with the customer and the airline getting her money back, and have been in contact with her.
