I phoned help line to seek to change my booking. The lady who answered was giving wrong advice and refusing to listen to the client. I have now gone online and have been able to make changes much cheaper than what I was being told by your staff.

Not happy that I can't use the full value of my airline credit- Money I paid for my initial flight- including "Trip Protection Insurance". Rip-off. It should be like other credits, where if you only use $106, you don't lose your whole $387 credit! Seriously! 😡
Also very unhappy about the ridiculously long waiting periods- about five different times before I could finally accomplish my goal of obtaining tickets.
