Everything was great (as it was in previous years I've purchased through you) until I got to the seat selection. It showed a cabin map, but it wasn't accurate. There were no aisles, and every single seat, no matter where on the map it was, was labeled a middle seat. I feel ripped off. I was charged a non-refundable $20 fee to select seats and had no options to choose from. I couldn't even select a seat and pay more to upgrade. Unfortunately, this is a dealbreaker for me, as I hate traveling in a middle seat and hate having no choices. After years of buying from you, this will be my last time. Also, at no point was I given the option to purchase additional luggage, as I was in previous years.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
