TOO MANY FEES IT IS TOO MUCH TO DO ANYTHING. DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY PASSENGERS HAVE TO PAY FOR A TRAVEL BAG TO ADDED ON FLIGHT IN ADDITION TO FLIGHT. WE HAVE TO HAVE CLOTHES, BUT I GUESS YOU ALL KNOW THAT, THAT IS WHY YOU ARE REQUESTING THE ADDITIONAL FEES.
On October 8th I was forced to drive to airport to request wheelchair service and get seat assignment but not one counter agent showed up in 20 minutes. When I tried to write request, the ink pen leaked on my clothes.
Could not understand what he was saying. Also, not friendly.
