I had referred lot of friends and family members to book tickets from Cheapoair. But this time I had very bad experience with Cheapoair. I was trying to book ticket online and it was keep showing price has been changed or ticket doesn't exist. But on website it was showing ticket available for booking. When I called customer service and they were also getting same problem and they suggested to book other flight and I agreed on it. When I got the email for ticket, it was completely different flight. I had to call customer care again to cancel the ticket and they said it will take 10 business days to get back the money in my credit card. I had wasted 1 day for calling back and forth to customer care. There were no courtesy to retain the customer. They simply said you will get money in 10 business days and I can't help you about the trouble you faced. They were very rough in talking. I am very disappointed this time with Cheapoair service.

This was one of the easiest experiences that I have had in booking a trip. There were no surprises and the actual booking was as easy as 1, 2, 3! We were able to book flights, parking, a hotel, and rental car all from this one site. I would absolutely use this site again for any travelling that we will do. The best part was that there were no negative surprises and everything was as we expected it to be, truly a great experience.

I have planed to book an oversee flight 6 month in advance. At first, prices with the airline website where the same as Cheapoair. But 3 months before travels, the airline changed prices upwards. Cheapoair was unchanged for some more days and I failed to lock in on time. When eventually Cheapoair also raised their prices I phoned Cheapoair in a panic. I had asked the agent. If he was willing to price match the posting of an other discount website. He was asking me, to return to the competitor's website and clarify the price, while he was patiently waiting on hold. My search was not successful. Clearly nobody was able to give me the price I had seen 6 month ago but the agent was able to meet me halfway between the new and expired postings. What surprised me most, was the professional attitude of the agent and the amount of patients he had showed.
Cheapo air will always be my first choice of shopping for my travels.
