Amazing customer service

This was the first time I've scheduled through them, and although I haven't gone on my actual flight yet the process of purchasing the tickets and making a correction due to a mistake I made was surprisingly easy and quick. I felt the customer service representative Cliff was exceptional in his knowledge and willingness to meet my needs. I look forward to using them again!

They even called me the next day!

After my card was declined twice because of the arrangement.The bank had my daily limit less than my ticket purchase. Does this comes back the next day to see if i've had the problem resolved, Which I had just done prior to their call. They still have my information, flight number in seat excitement available for me. Very satisfied

Ticket Purchase

When I first booked the flight the cost showed a lower cost. After talking to representative I found out I couldn't be booked for that price and I had to pay an additional $50.00 plus change for a total $539. Why are these lowest cost even shown if you can't book them.

Somewhat disappointed

After l booked l realized that the carry on bag was not included. I had to phone and pay an extra $45.00 on top of fair.
My e-ticket does not state the bag included. I'm worried that l won't be able to board with a carry on even though l paid extra.
Printing your ticket is confusing as there are 100s of Airlines you have to sort through.

Quick, easy and no bait and switch

Tried several ticket vendors and they had a rate advertised and then called me a day later and said that fare is no longer available. Gave me a new fare $140 higher. CheapFlightsFares was $1 less than their rate and came through much faster. Thank you!

Poor customer service

Just customer service is just poor poor poor My son got hurt and they wouldn't give me a refund and I paid for a refund then the ticket was three something she said they had take $99 and give me back $129 The math is not mapping You guys should just retired a whole you guys are something else I would never tell nobody to take you or go to you your plane service stinks

Searched my flight through sky scanner app, found your website as most economical travel agency for my flight which I was about to buy. Flight is in few days from Medellin Colombia, to Mexico City and then to Chicago, Illinois with Aeromexico. Booked my flight with a check in luggage and received my confirmation where everything looked correct. Went to verify my flight directly to Aeromexico website where I logged in with information which was provided by Cheapflightsfares. However there I saw an issue because it was without the luggage.

After that I have called customer service of your company to resolve this issue. Can't remember with who I was talking but it was a woman. Explained her my situation, she put me on hold to go verify and after she came back she confirmed that I don't have luggage. She seemed clueless, instead of admitting this issue of travel agency and trying to resolve it... she basically said that it is what it is and if I want to have check in luggage I need to buy it. This got me angry because I saw on airline website that to pay for this luggage it would be additional 140$. This would come more expensive that any of those other travel agencies from Skyscanner where I came in first place to compare all prices. I mentioned that I want to cancel it since basically this was a lie and she said I cannot because I would lost 100% cost of a flight.

After that I spent 2-3 hours, calling and trying to figure out what I can do about it. Called Cheapflightsfares another time where some other employee (male) answered and resolved it for me. Wish I would remember name of that female customer service employee. Wish I would pay extra $ and went through some other travel agency with who I had good experience from the past.

Obviously the information I give you his left out to some third party that tried to scam me for a hundred and eighty seven dollars for airport use. I'm not sure how I feel about your services, but I know that you're responsible for them having that information.

Quick flight!

We decided last minute to fly my husband home for the holiday and cheapflights had the cheapest flight and I booked online as he drove to the airport and by the time he got there within 1 hour he had his ticket and everything. Will definitely use Cheapflightsfares again

Our flight was cancelled by the airline because they didn't receive their money from this website. Also the site charged me $77 per checked bag when it's $41 on the airline's website.

I accidentally bought a flight for the wrong day called 5 minutes later to try to work it out and the people were entirely unwilling to give me a refund even though it only been 10 minutes the only thing they were willing to do is have me pay more and change the day

Shady Dealings

Terrible. You charged me for seats and didn't give an option for free seats! Waiting for refund on that…you called and tried to charge me $40 MORE, but I said NO! I asked to not be charged for seats. You said ok, but charged me for a CXL FEE! And tried to say it was MY fault for your web site! I want that CXL fee refunded as well. I hope to never use your shady service again!
