Bought 3 Pantech P800 Crossovers and needed to get them unlocked so I could use them on the T-Mobile network. Provided the IMEI #s to cellunlocker and got the correct codes quickly. Great communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Secure checkout through PayPal. They even provided a fourth code for free when it turned out I was a donk and screwed up relaying one of the IMEI #s on my original order. Would recommend their services to anyone.

I cannot say this website is scam because I received my unlock code about 12 hours after I sent a request. The only downside is that I had to call myself where as I was told they have sent an e-mail confirming the code. I was treated very respectfully, even when the line got cut I received a phone back immediately, although I was overseas.
The gentlemen from customer service provided me with the unlock code immediately followed by a confirmation per my request after our conversation has ended.
All in all, I did not have any problem.

Service was fast, they sent my unlock code for my Note II in about an hour after placing the order. Could not get options 2-4 to work. Called them, after waiting on the phone for over an hour, i got a tech who told me" your phone is too new, you have to use option 1" which is put another carriers sim inthe phone to unlock it. My argument is that this is never explained or detailed on their website. You dont find out until after they get your money. The code I spent 25 dollars on may or may not work, i have no clue. I will never do buisness with these guys again, they "buy" the codes from someoen else and resell them according to their tech. Coulsnt give me a refund and basically said. Too bad. SCAM ARTISTS!

I was very sceptical about these websites, however i though i would give it a go as itr was only £25 ($39) to unlock forever an Iphone 4 my brother in law gave me in the USA and locked to AT&T.
I was able to pay by paypal, which is always a safer bet to use for a company that your not sure about, but just over 24 hours I had an email from Cellunlocker saying it was unlocked, I connected it to itunes and it worked 1st time with no hassle, my wife is now using it on the "3" uk network.

The instructions to enter the code never worked on my BlackBerry. The window for the code entry never appeared.

They request you to provide the video of how you unsuccessfully try the code and it does nothing in order for you to get your refund. I videos myself doing so, sent it to them, they refused the refund stating that they are just the resellers and the money has been paid to provider already and cannot be refunded.

Well, their relationship with their providers is none of my business, I just wanted my money back, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Still ongoing...

I give cellunlocker 5 Stars, and a "highly recommended"! FAST! I needed a network unlock key for my Pantech Crossover desperately after an OS upgrade relocked it to AT&T on me. Found their site around supper time on New Year's Eve. Paid my approx. 8 bucks and expected to have to wait until after the holidays. Son-of-a-gun! They replied with my unlock code a little after 8PM EST, even on New Year's Eve! The covering letter was extremely courteous, the instructions were well written and easy to follow, and most importantly, the code worked. I had previously paid $12.99USD to another vendor that had a 99.5% satisfaction rating according to their site -- I'm still waiting, even though they promised email delivery to Canada within 3 hours! Cellunlocker was a lot cheaper, and their product was in my email in less than two! Prompt, courteous and CHEAP! Who could ask for more?
