I have a Bell Mobility Samsung Galaxy S3. The unlock code provided within minutes of my payment, unlocked the phone perfectly on the first try. Simply boot the phone with a SIM from a different provider. It will prompt you for the unlock code and it is as simple as that. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Expected wait time for Galaxy Note i717 is 3 hours. It only took 2 hours and I received the code and it successfully unlocked the phone. Great service, reasonable price, guaranteed unlock.
