Don't buy here. Save your money. It took days to actually get the unlock code and custoner service would respond after about 24 hours. When I finally got the code there was no explination of how to do it. The codes were sent in a email that said I must have lost the info in my spam. Not true, their own tracking system after several days finally finished the order. Worst of all I paid then $24.95 for this and the codes the sent me would not work. I repeditivly tried over and over. They required me to make a video of the entire process in order to get a refund. Days of frustration and several emails and still no unlock for my phone. I have unlocked several phones before and never had so much trouble. When I finally got a thourogh explination e mai, l of how to do the unlock and I even went threw a flashing back to a old firmware update. I followed all their instructions to a tee and Kept getting ULOCK UNSUCCESFUL. I was reading on XDA Developers how to go into the settings of My Galaxy Note 2 do a perminet unlock and it costs nothing. I didn't need to go threw all of this and of course no refund. Do a search for your model phones and unlock it for free no code required. Just change some settings. It takes minutes. Thanks XDA Developers.

I will definitely rate the service 'Excellent". They were prompt with everything. I placed the order and with 5 minutes I had the unlock codes available. Tried a couple of them however they did not work, so I got scared and was in a doubt about them. Sent them an email about the issue and within 24 hours got a response from them asking fir details and reassuring me that they will resolve it.
And after I sent them the details, within a couple of hours got the right codes and I was able to factory unlock my BB Bold.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do business with them. They are quick, professional and 100% involved in resolving any issues and providing excellent service.

"Good support and difficult time unlocking a phone"

I processed two unlock codes for two Samsung I897 Captivate.
For the 1st phone the unlock code worked right away. This experience was outstanding and I'm happy with this outcome.
2nd phone. I didn't work with the unlock code. I submitted several videos. Opted to buy the defreeze code. I got a refund for the first unlock code transaction. The defreeze code ever worked. I sent videos and the support started to send late replies. Left out with no option. I did have to send the phone to Samsung for software reflash. During that process, Samsung repaired some components on the phone and send it back to me. I had to pay Samsung about 70 USD to get it back
When I received the phone the unlock code worked right away.
I think that the fair thing to do is to pay just for the unlock code. I've ever used a defreeze code for my phone to get unlocked.

After a lengthy battle with PC Telecom, and Bell Mobility who told me it was impossible to unlock my HTC Desire, it was actually a Bell employee that whispered to me Cellunlocker.net. I'd never heard of such a thing! I quickly hung up the phone, went to the site, paid easily with Paypal, and within minutes, yes minutes! I had the code and easy to understand instructions in my inbox. I put the code in my phone, and pow, I'm now with Koodo! Cannot thank the staff at Cellunlocker enough for doing what they did for me, and for such a low price too!
