These make great gifts but also are good choices for my phone.
I paid for 2-4 day delivery for my order. Only received part of the order and was told in the delivery that the main item was being shipped in a later package. Will never order from this site again!

Unfortunately I have not received my phone yet even though I ordered it moments before I ordered this product. I'm sure this product will protect my phone, it looks geat and sturdy.
I ordered a plastic screen protector. When it arrived it came in a padded envelope so I already had a bad feeling. Of course, when opening I found it to be cracked. I immediately emailed them and as of four days later, I still have no response. Bad, bad, bad all around.
Color of phone cover was off. Looked red but was toward orange. What I did not like was I kept getting with additional buy this get that just trying to check out then all kinds of emails. Did not/do not Trust at all based on the experience.

Item was shipped to the wrong address. When I contacted them about the issue the only offered to replace the order and give me 50% off.
They send SO MANY EMAILS ITS NON STOP ANNOYING AND FILLS YOU EMAIL UP NON STOP! Even when I emailed stop they wouldn't, however the cases are great! Durable, great material, love my mirror in my case for my iPhone 7 plus. Free pen and fit some screen protection! Didn't take long to get to me either, other than the ads FANTASTIC!

First they added way too much shipping on my order, & now the product doesn't fit my phone as claimed it would, AND now I have not heard anything back in days since I initiated a return inquiry!

Needed the items I ordered for work and had a very limited time to get them. Place order did not see shipping as I had selected 2-4 days. Sent email to customer service, had a response the next day and had my order within the time frame. Had in time for work. They sent several follow up emails to make sure I was kept in the loop, when my shipment would arrive and after I received my order. Could not be happier with service and products I ordered. Thank you Cellular Outfitter!
Ordered 2 phone screen protectors because they were only a few dollars. After applying my shipping info, my cart cost did not change so I ordered. After ordering, it shows that shipping was around $15. I email customer support and receive no response. Then, when my order arrives the screen protectors wont fit because they are for the wrong phone. I emailed customer service again, to no avail.
I had to get a new phone so I need to return all my Note 4. I will be ordering the edge 6 soon..
I ordered 2 items more than 2 weeks ago, and they still have not arrived. In theory, the goods looked nice, and correctly priced, but they are very expensive, if they never arrive.
The Item I purchased is not received, I was told that it will take 2-4 open days but its not the case and don't know when the item will be delivered.
I wrote a review in reference to the hidden shipping and handling fees. This time when I received the email stating that they were sending my order to a address in AZ that I never gave them, they replied back and told me to contact UPS. W. I. T. H.! They made the error and they wanted me to correct it! By the time I had read the email because some of us do have to work for a living, UPS had shipped my package to a post office in AZ. It's Thanksgiving day and the post office is closed. The package went out the very next day. I emailed this company back and told them that my package was delivered the wrong address. Now they won't answer my emails or return my calls. I'm in the process of disputing this with my credit card company and will be filing a claim with the BBB.
