Great transaction with Great customer service followup.

I received my order in time but I had ordered the wrong item. I got an RMA number and sent the wrong ones back. Got the correct ones ordered and will receive credit for the returned ones.

I received only part of what I ordered today and I ordered two case and received one without any gifts like the stylus pen or screen protectors and got my bolt case without my gold wallet case I don't think I'll be ordering from these guys again unless something is done about what I paid for!

Good products but kept automatically adding screen protector and I bought it without meaning to do so.

I tried to let the company know. They asked for order number... I have it. Then later asked for SKU number but I threw it away. Let them know this... they have been completely quiet communicating with me since.

I HAVE PURCHASED 2 PHONE/WALLET COMBO CASES, ONE FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTEIII AND ONE FOR AN IPHONE 6S PLUS. BOTH WITH PLACES FOR CARDS AND DRIVERS LICENSE. WITH ONE CARD IN EACH SPACE AND ONE LICENSE, NEITHER WILL CLOSE AND STAY CLOSED. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WITH SUCH VALUABLE ITEMS IN THEM.

Experience not pleasant! I ordered a Folding Wallet iPhone case, hard plastic case and a waterproof plastic iPhone case, none fit my phone! You do not specify that it is for d small iPhone. I would like to return them for a refund since I can't use any of them. Thank you!

The USB Vehicle Power Adapter was not USB-C for Nexus 5X as shown. Only $2.79 for adapter I already own. I submitted a text weeks ago. I can't not tell other people...

When going to finish transaction nothing said about shipping I have ordered lite things before they just sent them us mail. I have dashlane auto pw it also stores copy of all online reciepts it too showed no shipping charge then when I checked my bank they charged me 9.99 shipping for sending plastic protective phone case weighs a few ounces max they gave me a 3.00 credit still 6.00 to send my 5.86 purchase what a ripoff

The cell phone case my son ordered cost $10 and cellularoutfitter.com charged $10 shipping and handling. This was not disclosed on any initial order screen and was a total surprise to me when I opened the package with the invoice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charge shipping/handling rates that are a total RIPOFF.

The rep. From CellularOutfitter has gone out of her way to help me with my cell phone wallet issue. I will enjoy shopping with them in the future!
