Everytime I order from Cellular Outfitter the promoted sale does not come through when checking out. Example: Black Friday Everything 50% off. Bold print on my email and on the home webpage. But when I went to check out I got a message that I "earned" 40% off. That's good but what happened to the other 10%? That's not the only time. I sent an email once asking why this always happens, but of course I got no response. While theIr prices are good, I get annoyed with their ploys and false advertising!
They sell cheap products. But some times they don't take care of what you order. Ive made four separate purchases and 2 have come in acceptable condition. 1 was shattered. And the last order never showed up. Good luck with finding an rep. Who will conversate with you I've sent two emails in 5 days. I've had zero response. They essentially stole my money at this point.
Ordered a cell phone cover and it did not fit, Have contacted the company 4 times to get a RMA and no response from them at all. I receive 5 -10 emaikls dailky from advertizing their products, but can; t return a product. WTF
The case I bought was supposed to fit snugly and I was supposed to "day goodbye to dust". Well, the cover doesn't even fit the phone properly, which played a part in a recent screen breakage. Also, I find the cover to be slippery to the touch when grabbing the middle edges of the phone. There is rubber around it all, but there is hard plastic in the middle, which is where I grab to pick it up. And since the phone is thin, this contributes to little drops.
I did a good 45 mins of research on this case, but ultimately I am not satisfied.
The manager at the store in Ward Parkway Mall was really bad. I could tell when he was fudging because he didn't know anything. Had to have someone come in and clean up his messy mistakes. Very poor. I'm sorry I switched to T-Mobile!
Items ordered arrived quickly and accurately. Beware of the volume of emails that you receive from them after placing an order, its ridiculous.
I love my case for my s7 edge, disappointed on the screen protector is said bubble free but it's was a lie.

Love the convenience of having a dual duty phone case that holds credit cards and other miscellaneous items, and protects my phone. Unfortunately my magnet clasp doesn't not hold any longer and I have resorted to use a rubber band to keep the the case secure.
Delivery is fast enough and the product is exactly described in the picture.

I ordered a phone case and a screen protector. I still have not received my screen protector or a response from a representative with an explanation.
Very pleased with my purchase and shipping speed. But, 8 I have gotten so many follow-up emails from, "Cody" that I want to scream!
Sent me junk, tried to return and said my order was over 365 days old... wasn't even 2 weeks. Horrible customer service

New purchase of 2 smartphones and was looking to buy some covers. Happened upon CellularOutfitter and they had what I needed, with some great prices... AND everything got to me FAST!
After I dropped my phone twice, breaking both the front glass and the back, I decided it was time for some protection. The guard I purchased fits perfectly and I can still charge the phone and operate all of the buttons and the camera. Exactly what I needed.
