They charged me 13 97 for PriorityMail. When I used the PayPal button, that's when it added the extra charge without letting me know up front what Priority Mail would cost. Okay, not too big a deal. However I wrote them and told them that that was an exorbitant price and they shouldn't use the USA brand and logo of Priority Mail, thus misleading consumers that phone wallet would be here in 2 days. They wrote me back 5 days later and offered me a $4 discount. I said thank you, but I still haven't received my phone wallet. That's a poor representation of Priority Mail! It's been 3 weeks, two days ago they emailed me and told me my things were out of stock! Usually, if there is Priority Mail, one is rushing to send off the goods. When the goods are discovered not to be there within 2 days, the consumer should be informed. But I wasn't informed during this whole time. I've been waiting and saw other reviews that said that they took a long time. I have now dropped my $700 phone and it has cracked, 2 corners are harmed! Why couldn't they have informed me right away, especially when I was using Priority Mail? $24 for nothing? People who own phones are depending on a phone wallet. Wish I had just shopped locally at my Target store and spent $30. Would have saved a bunch of headache and being only $6 more expensive then their hidden charges that didn't show up until I hit the Pay button! Worst company I've ever ordered from.

Recently I ordered 2 plugs and two cords for my Galaxy S8. When I received my order one of the cords was missing. I'd never had a problem before so I emailed the company. They were quick to respond and assured me the problem would be taken care of. A couple of days ago I received my second cord and a ink pen. Thanks Jonah from Cellular Outfitters!

Buy elsewhere

Prices were great shipping 2 times more than product very late showing up all stuffed in a bag missing 2 items one on backorder very poor service. Buy elsewhere company is not recommended at all.

I ordered a cell phone case on 12/31 and was told the order would ship in 1-3 business days. No response even after a week. I followed up using their 'contact us' link on their website. Guess what? No response after another week of waiting.

Why bother with a company that doesn't care about your business?

I placed an order on December 27 it said the order would ship within 1 to 3 days they sent me an email saying I would not be charged until my order was ready to ship they took the money later that day and I waited. After a week I still had not received an email about the product shipping, or any other email of the product status. I went online to check it out and all it said about my order is that it was transmitted. I tried to contact them a couple of times and got no response after 5 days I came on here to write a review anode and behold they contacted me. They told me what I had ordered was now out of stock, they said I was sent an out of stock email which I find hard to believe because when I checked on it online my order never said out of stock just transmitted. They said if I could find something the same price they would send it out. They never offered an apology just said I must have missed the out of stock email, I didn't there was none. They didn't even offer to expedite shipping on New product. So here I am still waiting for a case (different one) from an order that originated on December 27 it's now Jan 12. I will not be ordering from them again

If item is not in stock it should tell customer limited stock is the same I have ordered 3 different cases and have never even been notified that it hasn't been shipped

Resolved quickly

I ordered two Samsung tempered glass covers, it mentioned free shipping. Just before I checked out it didn't tell me it added $11.00 and change to my $5.88 product. Long story short. I emailed them, Cellular Out Fitters and they deducted the shipping cost. They explained what should of happen but that they would remove the shipping cost and thanked me for being a good customer. I'm very pleased with there fast reply and resolved my issues. Thank you CellularOutfitters.

I received a case that I ordered - it was absolutely beautiful, but not very practical. A couple of rhinestones fell out within a couple of days of using it. I requested to return it for another item, but was notified that I didn't have to spend the additional money on shipping to return it, AND they would allow me to pick another item, receive a site credit, or receive a complete refund. I took a few days to make up my mind, and Tony followed up with me - communicated on a regular basis - and placed my new order! All at no additional charge! I would definitely recommend CellularOutfitter to everyone. Prices are unreal - and the customer service is even better! Thank you CellularOutfitter!

Broke my new Samsung galaxy s8 while waiting for the new case that never came. Paid extra for shipping to arrive 2 - 4 days. 3 weeks later still no case. They didn't respond to my 1st 2 e-mails. Then I got hold of the chat person & they said 1 of my items was backordered. No one ever told me or I would of ordered a different one. So why didn't they ship the rest of my order? 2 cases & a screen cover. No offer to reimburse me for a broken screen cover. These new phones aren't cheep. $800 +. Really bummed! Julie Mendes

Product was unavailable and the company failed to inform me of that until I sent several emails trying to find out where my items were. Once I finally heard back from a customer service rep she was polite and tried to resolve it quickly. I was finally told I could receive a refund after asking for it twice and being offered credit for other products that I didn't need.

I received a credit for an item i did not want back in October. I was told I could use this credit for whatever I wanted. I picked 2 items. This caused the amount to be larger than my credit so I owed money to them. After numerous calls and messages I was finally able to place my order. I was told I was being given 2 day expidited shipping for my inconvenience. That was almost a month a go. I have tried emailing them, using their customer conract link numerous times and only ever received a form email telling me they would be in contact. They never contacted me. Finally today I found that I could message them via Facebook messenger. After almost an hour of messaging I found out that one of my items was not available. After continued discussion of them practically ignoring my credit and only giving me a refund of 1/4 of what I was owed, I was finally able to order a similar item and told it would be shipped with the original 2 day shipping. We'll see. Overall, horrible communication and customer service.

I have ordered from here several times and normally have no problem until now. I ordered on Dec 27th, come to find out some of my order was out of stock, which is fine, but it caused my whole order not to ship and I got no notification. I emailed them, no response, finally I got them on live chat, they found replacements and made the changes. My only complaint is that there is no customer service number to call and their slow to no email response. Live chat works though. I love this site and products, just need to get better and faster at customer service response.
