Thank you for a fast response and taking care of my order as quickly as you did and also for upgrading my shipment I wish all companies took care of customers like this.
It took quite a while and finally after multiple emails I may just receive a holster that fits my phone. BTW, the charger I bought doesn't hold a charge and the cord didn't work at all.
I'm a little disappointed that they took 4 days to respond even though it says they'll respond in 24-48 hours. I also wish they had a "cancel order" option. Other wise, the prices are decent.
I ordered two items, a moto case and screen shield. Included "free" pen. Order received with screen shield and free pen. No moto case. 2 no response emails sent to CS nothing back from CO. Did chat, they admitted they see the error and would put a new one in the mail and send me an email with update status. So that was 2 weeks ago, still nothing. For sure, I will never order anything from them again. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

I received a non returnable item that the screen was all scratched up. I sent a request to customer service and Paul David replied. Even with the holidays he was on top of getting me a replacement. He also kept me up to date with the progress of my item. It was also nice to converse with the same person throughout the whole process.
I'm eating a 3 just for the customer service. There was a glitch somewhere when I ordered so my shipping charges didn't show up until after I ordered and it almost doubled what I thought I was paying. Jonalen answered my email within a day and worked diligently to explain and rectify the situation. This is the best online customer service I've ever experienced and I shop online a lot!

I placed an order with Cellular Outfitters and eagerly awaited my new phone cases. The delivery date went by and the order didnt arrive, so I reached out to their customer service to find out what to do. The customer rep was very helpful and did address my concerns. I order eventually arrived and I am very happy with the cases I ordered.

I want to say that with all the bad comments about CellularOutfitter.com I bought 2 items on the 24th of Dec and on the 28th Dec it is in Montreal from Irvine Cal. I can not believe that anyone would write bad comments about this company.
