I placed an order on Dec. 28,2017 and as of Jan. 23,2018 have not received the order yet. I even sent an email requesting estimated time of delivery and after 6 days still didn't get a response.

My order has not come yet i ordered on the 4th of dec.its now the 22nd jan, i will never order from this company again they do not respond. When you email them i have not seen my money back or anything. MR VARNEL GLOVER

At first I felt as if I were getting the run around but after finally it seems my problem got into the right hands and from there on it was great dealing with this company. And in the end I was very pleased. I have ordered from the company before with no problems but when I did it took for ever to get it resolved but once it got into the hands of the right person it went very well and very smoothly.
I had 2 items that were out of stock on my shipment. Once i contacted customer service via email, the response time was great. They worked diligently with me through emails on getting replacements for items that were out of stock. Over all im very satisfied with the quality of the products i ordered along with great service.
One thing i did not like is how the shipping was added after i entered my card information.

I will never order from this company. And believe me I will warn everyone I know to stay away from your site. I order 2 times a phone case for J7 Samsung phone, both time sent S7 phone case. And on 2nd order I didn't receive the USB cord I ordered but charges for it. I've tried to chat with your so called customer service... which it a robot! Tried to request a RMA and the website tells me the items I want to return are not returnable. SO I'M OUT $30.00 PLUS DOLLARS. THANKS FOR YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS. THIS BULL$#*!!
I paid for 2 and got 1 free in first order and i paid for 1 and got fré stylus and 1 screen protector.
I had an issue with my order but your representative Krizia was excellent. She got everything right and stayed in touch with me, communication was an 11 on a scale of 1-10. I will definitely be returning to shop. Thanks again

Ordered a phone case with free shipping. When the order was placed, shipping was added. I tried to contact customer service via the chat line as well as email. Canned replies received. To make matters worse, the wrong product was shipped. Tried contacting again with phone calls, chat line, and emails. All useless. I will not deal with this place again - will pass along the word to all who will listen to "STAY AWAY." I had to select one star to continue. Not even worth that.
On top of this, they "offered" that if I ordered replacement items OF THE SAME VALUE as the ones that were now out of stock, they wouldn't charge me any more! That's math -- NOT a favor of any kind. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me more for items that didn't cost any more! How moronic.
This is a $#*!ty, unethical, and poorly executed business. If you really need what you're ordering, go somewhere else! If you don't care whether or not you get what you order, go ahead and take a shot in the dark.

Ive made several puchases in the past and find great products at great prices. All of my transactions with Cellular Outfitters have been flawless. Recently I ordered the wrong item and contacted them thru facebook and was immediately taken care of. Great company to do business with.
I placed an order for a 2 pack tempered glass screen protector on 12-19-17 and have yet to recieve. They sent me a cheap crappy little screen protector. I sent an email stating that that was not what I ordered and told them it was the 2pack tempered glass screen protector. I was contacted by a person named Kizia who obviously can't read and resent the same crappy screen protector even after I stated in the email that I ordered 2 pack tempered glass screen protector. I has now been 6 days since last email and still not resolved. Even the picture I clicked onto doesn't match what they sent. I would think twice before ordering from them.
Very impressed with the accommodating response. I will come back to this site for future purchases. Much appreciated.

I've ordered a few things from here and I was very pleased with the product. I did have a problem with one of my orders but in the end they made it right I recommend this site to anybody prices are pretty good and the products are very good. I'll be ordering more
