CellularOutfitter is suspect to me! I've submitted requests to hear from their customer service for a week... crickets... No response at all. BEWARE! Don't subscribe to their emails... UNSUBSCRIBE doesn't work and they will not stop emailing you!

Tony was very helpful but the braided USB chargers for Samsung s8 was worthless. I purchased 2 in December already exchanged 1 the replacement received does not work at all. Plugged my phone to it for over 12 hours only to discover my battery was completely depleted. Returning both for refund
The price and products are great! Just what they advertise. However, if there is a problem with your order, don't and I really mean don't use their webpage. The phone number doesn't work, the live chat is anything but live, and the email system is lucky to get back to you within a week. Use Facebook messenger and you will save yourself a lot of headaches. They answered right away and after looking into a few things they fixed my order. For all those people that like their prices and products, this is how you get customer service from them. Of course during their normal business times. Can't expect 24 hour customer service, can you?
I bought my first product with no issue and it came right on schedule. Unfortunately the second time I ordered the item got lost. I then tried my attempt to contact them about this which is close to impossible. They didnt list a phone number on their website. They only ask us to contact them via email which I did 4 attempt in 1 week (they promise to get back to you within 24hrs), with no luck, the chat was an auto machine answered as well so it was useless. I thenattempt to go via Facebook. Call the number there and was inform that it no longer use the number, then i decided to comment on their wall in desperate. Last I use the Facebook messenger which miraculously they respond promptly. Once you are in contact they then work their magic but dear lord what kind of company when you dont have a great customer service contact online. Thats my 2 cents if they want to improve
I have purchased MANY items from phones cases to chargers. I enjoy variety, which means I can't have just one. The quality of your products is superb, I am always finding my new favorite.

I have been dealing with CellularOutfitter for three weeks now about my refund. I have returned their product and they have received it according to my tracking number through FedEx. They will not refund my money back to me. A very BAD Company. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

I've ordered from cellular outfitters before and had a great experience that's why I ordered more. This time I got very frustrated because I got the run around and it took so long to receive my cases. I know it was a communication problem and I am confident it won't happen again. Your products are of great quality and it's nice to get good products at very low prices. I would order from cellular outfitters again and I will also recommend their products to others.
Somehow I must have doubled ordered. Although trying to trace 1st order it wasn't there so entered again I guess.
First thing I didnt know shipping cost until done! So I had to argue that they offered free shipping. Did so by sending a screen shot. 2nd finally got my shipment, I ordered tempered glass and got phone cases for a different phone. Emailed them after finding out the phone # is false. Waited days for response. Then they wanted me to ship back cases. I took a picture instead and asked them to expedite my correct order. Waited days again and was told that they were out of my order. I got on site, it was still being offered, so I told them so, took days again! Finally received the original order of tempered glass and guess what shattered, both of them. Finally started messaged them on FB, much easier and faster responses. They finally offered me more money to shop on site, but no longer interested. I am still waiting for my refund. I have ordered wallet cases in the pass and loved them. But will not order anything again from them after this experience

Communication and shipping information was difficult to get but in the end it was all worth it. Everything did eventually get to me and I love the cases which were really, really cheap. Exactly what I needed. So if you dont mind the service, and a bit of anxiety that you may have been ripped off, they are good to go. Wish the service was better but again, it all turned out fine.
I love the product that I bought from Celluar Outfitter but would have preferred to know the shipping cost before hand Not after you hit order etc. I think tht if someone is interested in ordering they will but you have to be honest up front on shipping. I was going to cancel being i paid more for shipping than the product but after receiving case I was ok with it but you have to let one know what shipping is from the start. I received it in decent time. Didnt receive the case strap but thats ok.
I ordered 2 cases for mine and my wifes phone lg k8 2017 my wifes was way to big, was the wrong one. I text them and gave them all the numbers and what happened and they said sorry I dont understand I will let you talk to a human. I asked for a phone number and they wouldnt give me one. So i talked to a human on line and typed all the info. Again they said i need to take a picture of the item and then they sent me to the rma site then I filled out theform and they said they received the rma noe it has to be approved and i have waited 3 days and no responses. They sent me to a site that does not exist... never againi

This company has the worst customer service center I've ever dealt with. They have a phone number and after you wait 10 minutes they send you to an answering machine.
