I ordered headphones costing $7.99. When i paid the amount i got receipt of $20.72. They charged me shipping cost which i never approved. Tried toll free number, answering machine says contact to a real person or chat online. Tried online chat it just sleeps as if its just a dumb application. Emailed them, auto-response states customer care will contact you within 24-48 hours. No response for a week. Then someone contacted assuring excellent service and issued $3.50 as refund and corrected me i do not know how to use there website. Charged me for 6-10 days delivery. But its been more than 12 days. Finally got an email parcel has been delivered to the said address, to my concern i didn't receive anything. Called UPS they said contact company we do not have any info about this parcel as its delivered to post office. Which post office they do not know. Pathetic company i wanna sue then for mentally torturing me. Is there anyone who can direct me how can i sue this company.
Cellular Outfitter Customer service through their site is not well thought out. I can no longer call them. I tried to chat on their site, kept getting not available. I emailed them, and never got a response. Instead I had to contact through Facebook, and got immediate response. Shipping charges should be shown before order is placed. I do like the products, and was pleased with Facebook Cellular Outfitter Customer Service.

I have used this company for my cell phone accessories for 4 years. Only one order issue and it was taken care of promptly.

Great earphone although it may not work if you have rigid plastic case. If so get a rubber cover only because the hole can moved to make a good connection.
I would recommend this company to my friends & I always order thru them for my accessories needed... they get back with you thru messenger right away & help you in everyway possible.

I ordered a case for an iPhone 8 plus and received a case for an iPhone 8. I contacted them right away and was told the would put a rush on my replacement case. 10 days later the replacement still has not shipped. When I contacted them they told me it was out of stock, but later said that it wasn't and the order is still transmitting. Instead of waiting for them to ship my case, I decided just to order one from Amazon. I requested a refund and was told they would only refund the case, but not refund me for the shopping and handling I feel this is horrible customer service as it was their error for not sending the correct device and not shipping the correct device in a timely manner. I paid them $7.00 for shipping and never received what I ordered. I will never do business with this company again.

I used messenger from Facebook to report a problem and with in actually 12 hrs I got a response. They have corrected the problem and a is well. I have bought from this company for a. Couple of years and only had my second problem which is now corrected. I recommend them to am my friends and family. Prices can not be beat and products work great!

I ordered from this company several years ago with no problem. I ordered the same product almost 3 weeks ago. There is NO customer service number to speak to a real person. The "customer service" number says that issues are only taken care of online. The online "customer service" is only Monday through Friday during business hours. I sent an email on Friday morning - no response. This was after waiting the required 10 business days for my order. No tracking information was available. I only received a response through Facebook this morning (Monday), like a previous review stated. The "customer service" representative sent a message stating that what I ordered is no longer in stock. Why wasn't this communicated to me before 2 1/2 weeks of wating? X-( Any company that is not willing to have a customer service phone number with humans to answer the line is SUSPECT. The ONLY REASON I did NOT cancel my order is because I did not want to deal with the credit card company, in addition to this company. I will review my replacement order when received. ONLY ORDER IF NO PROBLEMS ARE EXPECTED, OR IF THEY CHANGE THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" TELEPHONE POLICY!
Your representative Hannah responded to me and started the ball rolling to correct my error. The phone case was too small I had no idea the phone was so long! However Hannah came to the rescue and now I have a new case coming I requested the address to return the item that does not fit and I am happy happy happy! You guys are awesome with your customer service I thank you so much and now yes I'm going to be a returning customer for a long time.
Everytime I've had a problem, cellular outfitters have gone out of their way to fix the problem & make it right. They are always very nice & get the situation done. I give them 5 stars

First they lost my order which I place in the beginning of the year, then they took forever to respond to my inquiry, then they said before refunding we offer you this and that, then they said we don't refund on lost goods, as if that was my fault that the items were supposedly sent to the wrong address. Anyway, I agreed to a store credit and chose an item which I was promised will be delivered to me in 2 days priority due to the inconvenience, well it has been over 2 weeks and still no delivery or even a response from the company about the whereabouts of my items. Unbelievable. Horrible, horrible, horrible company never again.
I am not happy with customer service. When I tried to track my order it said info not available. Then I couldn't log into your webpage because it said my email was not valid. Even though I went through your website to contact customer service they have not yet sent me a reply. I had to go to your Facebook page and make a comment before someone really tried to help me and I had to do that through messenger. You need a customer service line that people can call into, and you definitely need to do better on the shipping of your orders? In my opinion it should not take 5 days to ship an order out.
My first order was fine - it took longer than I expected but arrived complete and in good condition. However my second order was an "email/chat nightmare" It took multiple times, sending one email after another/chatting with an avatar, to get my issue resolved. Finally, Jason email me that they would take care of it. I was so happy to finally get a response and a positive one. Their products are very good but their customer service sucks.
Ordered on Jan. 3rd, nothing came for a month! Reached out several times to customer service, no response. Finally I wrote a really nasty message for customer service and immediately got a response back. They told me the item I ordered was out of stock, and btw when I ordered it there were some in stock, I know this because for weeks after I ordered it i was receiving email about the same item saying "hurry there is only a few left". So they said I could pick out a new product under 12.99, fine but there was now such a small selection I was forced to pick out something I didn't even want or like. Overall I did not have the best experience. The people who emailed me back were very nice and courtious though, I just wish I could have received my original item, it took me a few days to pick out the one I was in love with and then ended up with something that I really just don't like.

Once a service rep got in touch with me his service was excellent. There is a big problem when phone directs a person to go to chat... then no available people on the chat line... then try repeatedly... then finally find a place to request assistance outside of the chat option... it should all be integrated. Phone NO... ok then make sure the chat line is manned. Chat line NO... then provide an automatic submission to have someone return the call.
After waiting almost two weeks, still no response to return an item. They shipped the same items twice and charged me twice. Trying to return. No phone, no way to speak with anyone. The quality of the items they promote is inferior. Nothing really fits; the description of items they provide is false. Save money, buy from a reputable dealer.

This company is absolutely fantastic! I updated my mailing and billing information online. At the time I processed my order everything was correct. When I received my order confirmation email my old address was used ( I've never had any issues like this or any at all in the past). I tried to cancel immediately but was unable to. I contacted Cellular Outfitter. They immediately fixed the problem and reshipped my order to the correct address free of charge. I've used Cellular Outfitter in the past and will continue to do so in the future! They have great products and customer service! I highly recommend them for your all cellular needs!
