I ordered a new battery for my cell and have not received any information as to when it will ship. Have contacted them server times but have not been able to actually toal with a live person! Poor customer service...
I have used Cellular Outfitter multiple times and have never been disappointed in the end once. Even this last time I had a minor issue they found out that the issue new what to do and corrected it and made made it right they're just a very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Also Tony from the customer service team took care of any and all issues I may or may not have had just wanted that to be noted that he was great.

Good Relations with Costumers i had problem with the shipping amount gave me a decent discount on shipping and decrease the price of the item as well

I love this site! I started out w/ a case and screen protector for my Samsung. Which has taken a beating & saved it more than once from damage. Then I got a thin, hard to fit LG phone and had issues finding a case I liked, but customer service went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find what I was looking for! The prices are great too! Don't forget to get a stylist, they write so well and have a nice sleek look.

Issues with the website so i reached out to them by e-mail and within 9 hours i had received 2 emails and a phone call and was able to complete my purchase along with a discount offered by the company. The customer service was awesome. Highly recommend this company. Thanks team.

The original case I bought was defective, and Richard did everything right to make me Happy.
Richard told me they were upgrading their system, and I noticed item numbers changed, so hopefully they got all the bugs worked out, and the other agents who were "unable" to help me, will improve with the program.

I received my package Feb13th, today is the 22nd. Every day wrote emails for request of RMA. FINALLY talked with Paul David, he listened and took care of my issue.

I order a screen saver and they always put a free stylus in the order. They happened to charge me for the stylus so they credited me but forgot to send me my order. Now I can't ge anyone to answer my email asking where my stuff is.

I was unable to find my invoice on line but the team at out outfitter gave me my invoice number and when my shipment would arrive. They even gave me a partial credit for the shipping since the items shipped later than I expected. It was a great experience.

My customer service rep, Jason, was great! He was quick to reply to my email and resolved my issue. I am awaiting my reshipmment because I never received the first one. I just emailed my invoice to Jason, and he handled the rest.

I bought something from them and was not expecting the shipping charges. Evidently, I overlooked something. I was upset about it but they took care of the matter for me and made me feel very comfortable in ordering from them again!

Had a few misunderstandings, but after a few different ones tryng to work me, but I stuck in there till I got a salesman that took his job serious and dug deep till he solved the problem, And because of him I'm leaving a Happy Customer, Thanks Again David. Not sure how I even ended up on this site. Maybe because initially I was promised a good discount. I wish I had read reviews before going thru all of this. Not only were there items added to my order for phones I didn't even own just because I viewed them while searching for what I actually needed. I wasn't aware of the inflated shipping costs until after my card was processed. Tried to cancel the order because it wasn't even clise to what I really needed or wanted and the ahipping fee waa more than I was willing to pay. To no avail was I able to do so. Was actually charged even more 3 minutes after trying to cancel my order. They have horrific customer service with the exception of a delight named Hannah that I got to IM with via FB. She was able to refund some of my S & H fees. But let me know that I'd have additional ones when I go to return the items that I did not want or need as I don't have the devices they fit. They were just added to my account and I couldn't get them removed for anything. I got my package today. 14 days after the order was forcibly submitted. I can use two of the 8 items. So, there's that. I had to cancel my card also because of all of this. Now to dig my way up to the surface, hopefully in the near future by maybe not having to pay another arm and leg to ship most of the order back. Bio, except fir my brief but helpful interaction with Hannah on Messenger. She was delightful.
