I had ordered an adapter which clearly indicated that it was for a samsung galaxy 8+. Got it but it did not work. Not possible to call and speak to a representative (which in itself is not very good customer service) so I wrote using the from on their website. Never got a reply. So I searched the website and finally found out how to return the product. IT was a long and complicated process which requires many e-mail exchanges and many weeks. Once I was in touch with a rep from customer service, them were nice and helpful but their process is way to complicated. They even made an error about the amount them would reimburse but it was eventually corrected with some persistence. I ended up having to pay to return the item which cost me about the same cost as the value of the item itself; but I did it out of principal. I would not buy from this company again as their process is way to complicated and long for an on-line site. Easier just to go to a store even if you end up paying a bit more.
Haven't recieved anything except the screen protector! Ordered weeks ago. Contacted the company via email & did get a quick responce. Said they were resending my order. So again patiently waiting!

I ordered and paid for a particular item. I got a package with partial but not what I really wanted. I tried to contact in many ways to tell them I wanted that product.
With no explanation they DID refund all but shipping.
I asked again over and over about that product. Sent pictures. Never got information about that product. I ordered another color and they said I had that so it was all fine. I reiterated I wanted the black with picture. Nothing.
I HATE that we cannot talk on the phone with anyone and the chat people must be robots from responses I receive.
I enjoyed Two products I received in the last 2 years but really not happy with their customer service st all.

Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China.
Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing".
I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).

I accidentally had a typo in my email address, so when I contacted customer service about not getting any confirmation emails, they found the mistake and fixed it. I would recommend using this website.

So good to find a company that offers both great prices and products but also great service when there's a glitch in ordering. I was promptly given a full refund on a product I accidentally ordered twice. A real person responded with a kind email!

I had a mistake in my order for some reason my computer messed up and double ordered i called and they said it had already shipped but they credited my account for the one order and told me to just keep the extra order to me that is outstanding service thank you so much will be back and will recoment to my friends

I waited two weeks for my order just to find out after waiting that one item was out of stock. When it was sent off with only half of what I ordered I should of been notified, very disappointed and will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend your site

A discrepancy (color ordered was unavailable) when order was mailed. Sent an email and I got a response past the working hours. A follow up at least 2 months after as I was out of the country, I was given the credit right away without much ado! Service is great, product is great. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Purchased phone charger for $1.99 was charged $5.99 for shipping. They do not give you the shipping charge until you hit the purchase button Tried to cancel order 5 minutes after purchase could not get in touch with them. Emailed them for several days to cancel order. Finally after order was shipped received email saying item was shipped. That the shipping charge was not returnable. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD
