So far it's been great. Now let's see how long it takes for me to receive my order now that it has been corrected. So far up until this point it's a 5. I'm curious to see how long it will take to ship to me. I'm hoping I get my order by Saturday. If not then I'd have to say otherwise. Thank you

No instructions with shipment. Give me a break one hundred words. Time is money, email takes time. Trying to keep it short -brief. After being in customer service for 30+ years, time is money.

I was very very disappointed when I placed my order, it was supposed to ship the same day. It shipped about 3 weeks later, then to my surprise I was billed double. The lady that I was messaging with (because they don't have a good phone number), her name was Jane and she was very helpful. The either shipping dept or packing department need Alot of work in my opinion
Will I ever order from this company again. NO NO BUT HECK NO. Great prices but BAD HUMAN RESOURCES. For some reason it was easier to send me another order for the one I was charged for, rather than give me a refund. What I'm going to do with 2 cases is beyond me, unless the cases don't hold up. However like I stated, Jane was awesome. If I could rate her inly, she would get a "10"!

I had an issue with my order, there was a glitch on the website on my phone. My price was 14.00 when I processed payment it was 30.00. I was HIGHLY upset felt like I was being scammed, starting messaging them on Facebook DEMANDING answers. They chatted a good 30mins with me and refunded me half my shipping due to the glitch and it didnt show my shipping cost. They were very kind with their responses and understood my frustration and did resolve the issue! I was HIGHLY satisfied with their customer service. I can't wait to receive my order!

Not Again?!

I placed an order on March 1st and didn't receive it until March 15th. My order stated I would receive it within 2-5 business days. It took 11 business days. I ordered screen protectors and I was charged $11.90 for shipping. Then, on top of that, the order was wrong. This is my third experience with Cellular Outfitter and I have yet to receive the correct item I ordered. Bottom line... Incorrect Orders, Waiting more than twice as long as promised for delivery, and charged more than double the price for shipping that weighs less than an ounce = delete emails and forget about trying this again. I believe in second chances, mistakes happen, but 3 times? Still waiting for a response to get this order corrected.

They made it right

I was disappointed it took 12 days for my order to arrive. While the prices are fair and the company has some excellent deals, the shipping charges are high. When my order finally arrived, it was missing 1 of the 2 items. In my error, I ordered the one product I received incorrectly. I contacted customer service and was disappointed to receive an email that stated a rep would be in contact with-in 48 hours. Much to my surprise, within 12 hours a rep had contacted me and was more than fair at resolving my missing item and t he incorrect item. Paul David was professional and quick to reply with my chosen options.

Horrible experience from the very beginning. From not being able to place order to delivery problems. Contacted company bc of lack of updates. Company told me when my item would arrive, which was totally untrue. Can not even track order even though I provided email address to recieve updates.
