Points to ponder,
1. They do not respond, period.
2. They ship things postage due. (They can't figure out postage rates.)
3. They hide behind Paypal to deny claims.
4. Google their BBB rating it is bad.
Nearly a month for delivery. Still haven't received it yet. No response from two requests for information. A disgrace
I ordered a screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S7. They sent a screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. I contacted them and requested they send a shipping label for me to return the item and that they also send the correct item. I got no response for 2 weeks. They then said they often send their items in mismarked packaging and I should check to make sure it wasn't correct. I did and told them it was too long and didn't have the right button cutouts. After several days they demanded pictures. I sent them a picture of the original box, a picture of the sent screen resting on top of the phone and a picture of the item side by side to the phone. That was a week ago and I still have had no response from them.
Not sure how they can tell what they're sending when they place their inventory in boxes that say the item is something else. They make so sense whatsoever and do not reply to fix the problem.
Don't order from this company if you live in Canada. The tracking stopped once it arrived in Ottawa. I ordered a cell phone case May 8. It's now June 21 and I still haven't received it. I also have not received a response to my emails to the company.
They sent me the wrong product. When I wanted to return it - which, its not any good as it was a screen protector - I noticed that they didn't have a phone number and they didn't send me a receipt with my order information. That has never happened to me before, I order tons of things online.
They also never sent me a confirmation email after I ordered it.
I tried contacting them via email and got automated responses that were completely irrelevant to the issue.
Problem was never solved and I wasted money because of this business.
If you look at the photo you can tell they never even read my original email I sent that accurately, and specifically talked about the issue at hand.
Stay away.
I ordered an iPad case, order was confirmed online. Money was charged to my credit card. Waiting about 5 days no confirmation or shipping email. Went to find the order number unable to locate, search the product I ordered, out of stock. No replies to my emails no refund, now I will have to go through my credit card company

Order # ******* I purchase a phone case and when need it to returned because it was the wrong item and sent several emails to customer service never got an answer from the company Don't buy from them the customer service is terrible and you can not return an item even if the item is the wrong one I will give them 1 star because it is not possible to rate it less

I ordered 3 cases said they delivered to me May 14 its June 12 and I never got them tried to contact them but they wont respond... Don't use this site ever what a scam
I bought a Zizo bolt series military grade 22 foot drop tested case. My phone fell three Feet from the table to the floor screen on my brand new iPhone shattered. Zizo says they only offer warranty on the case and it didn't break so The best they could do is give me a credit for a new screen protector but I would need to pay $8 bucks for freight. I wish I had bought another outer box

This Company sent the incorrect case for my phone. They will not accept responsibility for this and will now not respond to my emails. Initially they wanted me to return the item with a loss of 20% of the cost and to pay for the refund! This would be more than the cover in the first place. Do not use this Company, as clearly they are not willing to resolve any disputes with you. Also the delivery time was 30 days from order - not what they advertise. They should not be allowed to sell to the public.
This company took my money but I have not received the goods over a month later and they have not replied to my emails. This is tantamount to theft with no recourse to police or civil action since they hide away overseas and refuse to answer for their actions. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
I canceled my order within 10 minutes of placing it. They do not respond to emails (the only way to contact them) and then when finally got reply 3 days later, it was - sorry for the inconvenience we already shipped it.
Tracking number provided shown no record for this shipment and 8 days later no package from them.
Had to deal with my credit card to get my money back.

They claim 24 hour shipping but I can not track order I placed with them
On 5/17/2020 as of 5/26/2020. They have no phone # for customer service or provide any shipping information or tracking information.
I will never do business with this company which provides less than adequate customer service.
I live in Toronto Canada. I'd ordered iPhone Charging/Sync cables which I received almost after one month. As per the tracking, it took almost 10 days to reach to the Canada border. But the tracking system stops updating once parcel arrives in Canada. It took three weeks to arrive to my place, during that period i'd no clue what happened to parcel and whether I'll ever get it. I wish I'd ordered the same from Amazon which would have arrived within 5 business days. I would not recommend if you live in Canada unless you have lots and lots of patience. Good luck!
This company is nothing but a scam and ripoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY just to be frustrated. I'm going to law enforcement to see if I can bring any type of consumer charges and seeing and attorney to see if I can sue these people. It wasn't much money on my part, but if they rip off just a fraction of the people that order then JUSTICE is in order. TERRIBLE company, shop any place but this place. These folks may think its funny to rip people off but with me personally, i have the resources and time to make their lives miserable... Hoping I can sue them or (BETTER YET) have a U.S. attorney agree to purse these people for wire fraud, fraud, and about 20 other federal statutes they can be charged under. The owners behind this company may think they are cute and funny but I predict right here, today, that they have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER that ripping me off for $14.03 could possibly lead to over a decade in federal prison for them.

Order never received 2months tracking number indicated still in US! Told to wait and wait and wait still waiting.
Worst customer service. Wrong product, lousy quality and super rude! Mean emails and refuse to help customers. Better Business Bureau id investigating them. Stay Away.
Frauding Customer Out of Money/No Product Received
- Over 12 follow ups, 1 month later and every response is redundant indicating confirmation of address.
Merchandise never sent never given a refund. Beware they charge my card immediately and it's been three months since they canceled the order and never gave me my money back I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau stay away
