I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I was very happy with my experience with cell2get so I just couldnt resist it. First off Id just like to say the customer service is amazing, they were with me every step of the process from ordering my phone until the delivery and I was very happy with the attention and support I was receiving. But besides for that, the phone itself was amazing quality and condition and arrived on time, I couldnt be happier with my new phone and I will for sure be using cell2get for any future cell phone needs.

I had accidently order the wrong color phone from this company and it was a gift for my daughter for her birthday so i needed to exchange it fast. I gave the number on the website a call and after explaining my issue to the gentlemen on the phone he said just ship it back and we can overnight you a new one! Was really easy and sure enough got the right color phone in time for my daughters birthday. Very greatful for the service and will use again.

I recently went on a business trip to China and unfortunately I had lost my phone somewhere on the way back to my hometown. I needed to get a new phone as fast as I could for business purposes. I was happy to find cell2get and they had a very large variety of phones to choose from. After I found a phone that was fit for me I ordered it and it came within a couple of days. Once the phone arrived got activated and I was very pleased with it overall. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the customer service and I will make sure to use them again

I see I have the same experience as others and I don't mean good experience. I ordered phone with 3 day delivery, week later still no phone, I called and the man told me they emailed me (they didn't) that my phone is on back order and if I still want it, it should be in in 3 days, I said I want to proceed with my order, they did sent my phone as they promised but the phone got stuck in NYC postal office, so they sent me another one which arrived with no back cover, no manual, nothing except some cheap wall charger. Oh and when I called first I asked if the phone is 100% GSM 4G LTE, which they assured me it is and it will work with Cricket, so when I got the phone I saw it's originally from Verizon and new there is problem since Verizon support CDMA only.So after a month from my order I got not working phone without back cover, I was so disappointed, very very much. I did ship it back but because of restocking fee and paying for shipping I lost $100. And I didn't mentioned countless phone calls and emails. It's all big scam and I would never ever recommend it. In the end I got brand new phone in original packaging for half less than I originally paid for used one.
