Painless compared to a phone store

Had issue with timing things between you and my sites, but overall things went well.

I ordered a white phone but got a black phone. Also, battery does not charge according to the number of hours it is suppose based on information. It leads me to believe that it may be a used battery.

I give 4 stars because I had no communication problems. Got a response in very fast Also shipping came fast my order was exactly as described only problem package came it was crashed. Arrived earlier then expected, right before my trip and it works great! Money well spent!

I paid for 3 day delivery via UPS. The phone was shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) and I had to go to the Post Office to get my phone...from order to pickup it was 6 days. I had to fit it into my schedule to get to the post office. Really inconvenient considering I paid extra.

The phone was great. Will use you all again.
