Easy order process and great price on the Kyocera phone

Ordering was easy, and the price couldn't be beat. The only suggestion is that the customer be notified when the order is shipped along with tracking information. I had to ask if the order was shipped, and request a tracking number. Other than that the experience was great.

Phone came without sim card even though I was told on the phone it would have one, so I had to go to the Verizon corporate store. Phone is great and Verizon pushed the next version of Android out so really happy about that.

I purchased a new galaxy s9 from this site after i saw an advertisement on facebook and i really wanted the s9 (my s6 was getting tiered). So went to this website saw the fantastic collection they had and bought right away it came after a few short days and they have a great costumer service!

It was easy to look at my options. It shipped relatively quickly and I was able to activate it with no problem.

Product ordered arrived later than promised and not as ordered. I did receive a prompt return label and refund, however, which was greatly appreciated

I like the phone a lot, but I'm still figuring out all the cool stuff I can do with it. Wish I'd thought to buy a case for it at the same time; I still need to get one and will check the website.

I would be nice if the website has live chat with costumer service. Also, Don't buy if you are in hurry, they take 17 days to send the product and they wont give you tracking number, if you call you are going to be told that your phone was shipped and give you fake tracking numbers. The phone is used, which the website didn't specified but it works great

Easy to find what I need at a great price

The condition (new or refurbished) was not explicitly stated; I called to ask. I was informed the condition is new and the phone I received appears to be new. The phone also arrived sooner than promised.
