I wouldn't refer it because I don't find people as interesting as myself in words you may understand I have no human friends appreciate the service tho god bless ya! Phone broke also!
Easy shopping with a quick checkout process, made my birthday a whole lot better!
No problems.
THIS TIME GOOD. A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WAS A TOTAL LETDOWN! Was told that cell 2get would send me a USA charging plug,it has never arrived yet. So charging on my laptop is extremely slow!
Product speed fa fast and was exactly as described. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Good price...fast check out
I have had a very good experience in getting the information I needed to know in order to get a new phone. Thank you.
So far the experence has been great
Easy process
Ordering was very smooth and they answered all of my questions. Very good, will purchase again.
After dropping my phone 4 flights down in my local mall, my phone was completely destroyed and useless and i needed to replace my phone as soon as i could. I needed to find the best phone i could get for the lowest price, and i was unable to find a good, high quality, and reliable phone in my price range. Luckily, i was able to come across cell2get. Upon ordering from them, i received my phone extremely quickly and thanks to the customer service, i was able to solve any issues i was experiencing. Once i received my phone, i was very happy and impressedwith the quality of all the contents. If you ever need to purchase a phone, i would strongly recommend cell2get.
I had a positive experience. I got exactly what I ordered (Nexus 5,32GB) and in a timely manner. It was my first order, so the item was shipped to my billing address (different from where I actually live), and cell2get was prompt in getting my OK for this through their customer service department. I can't speak to how they handle returns, but the order itself went very smoothly and I had no issues.
Walked me through the steps to get me phone working. Responded within minutes to my email. So satisfied my new phone. Amazing service overall thank you so much
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW AND SOME MORE BEFORE PUTTING ANY INFORMATION IN! I would never recommend this site to anyone EVER! I ordered my phone March 2nd 2018 with 3 day shipping and it is now March 13th and still NO PHONE! So when I emailed them they said that they don't have any way to deal with shipping so I let it go. Well a few days later I called a number that I was given by the website and they said it should have arrived Monday March 12th. Still didn't receive the phone then, so after that i emailed them on March 13th and asked where my package was because my tracking number to me it was in Brooklyn New York pending acceptance. And they told me that if it wasn't here by Wednesday March 14th then they would over-night me a new phone by ups. I was done at that point so I canceled my order (Well attempted too). So me and my mother called the number again They proceeded to be very rude to both of us. Also telling my mother to "Go f*** yourself" and hung up on her. I would never recommend this site to anyone EVER! They need to get their business SHUT DOWN! THIS ALSO SEEMS LIKE IT IS RUN OUT OF A HOME. I have seem so many reviews about this website after I looked it up that were bad, but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt because I have never had a problem with anything else online until now. SO PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!
PAINLESS!
Thank You!
I've made my order on Sunday and chose 3-day shipment, but the phone was shipped only on Thursday, so I got it only next Monday. Taking into account that this was not a free delivery option, I believe the delay was significant.
Another issue is that though the phone was advertised as "new", it arrived in the "open box" state, and, in particular, pin removal tool was missing. Since the phone itself looked new and worked fine, I've decided to keep it, but doubts linger...
The price was best I could find on the Internet for the new one, but with what was said above I'm no longer sure...
Didn't get the phone I expected to get
As for Ups 2 day shipping and got USPS 2-day Priority Mail shipping instead. Ask for a MetroPCS phone and got a T-Mobile phone instead.
The shopping and purchasing process was simple and efficient. The site does feel a bit outdated, however, and there was a little bit of information about the phone I purchased that I couldn't find on cell2get's site, but was able to find elsewhere.
UPDATE:
The actual phone I ordered was not the phone I received. Form factor was correct but the model number wasn't. I contacted cell2get about this and I received a call and the person I spoke with told me that the phone I received would work just fine, but I expressed concern because I had done a lot of research before settling on the phone I chose (I travel frequently to rural locations so there are particular bands I try to ensure my phones have). I also didn't want to get a phone with carrier bloatware, but I received the Verizon model. The representative for cell2get told me that I should just try the phone and that I could remove the bloatware. I should have pushed back and insisted, but didn't. Unfortunately, the Verizon bloatware, as I suspected, could not be removed. And before I could doubly compare the bands on the two phones, the v20's glass broke in my pocket from, I suspect, bending to sit. Ultimately, I've had a terrible experience with cell2get's customer service and I'm equally unimpressed now with the build quality of the v20, but that's a different story altogether. Money down the drain, but I certainly won't purchase from cell2get again, despite the prices and standard shipping time.
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
