Great price on HTC U11
Easy site and had exactly what I was looking for
My phone was to be sent to a different address then the bill to. They sent the phone to the bill to address and I had to pay additional shipping to get it delivered to the correct address after waiting an additional two weeks. I did not receive the phone I ordered. I ordered a blue phone and received a grey phone. Customer service was horrible, giving me false information bad tracking numbers. On one call they told me they didn't have a different ship to address on a second call they read the ship to address to me! Worst service ever.
I ordered my items on 8/23/19 and I requested overnight shipping. I realized it was Friday and the were not open on weekends, so I expected to receive my items no later than Tuesday of the following week. I didn't receive my items until Friday 8/30/19 which was a full week from the time of order. The items I received looked new and working except the S-Pen in the ocean blue unit would not connect via Bluetooth. I call customer service and was told I would receive another S-Pen free of charge and my shipping charged would be refunded, since it took a week for me to get the items. It took a week to get the new S-Pen, but it would not work either and I have yet to see any refund of my shipping charges. I finally gave up and called Samsung, and they agreed to send me a replacement S-Pen under warranty, which ends in Nov of 2019, which leads me to believe that the phone I received was not new, a new phone would have had a full one year warranty. I don't mind that the phone may not be new but would like to know what I am buying before the fact. I have purchased phones from cell2get before and it was a good experience and the phones looked and worked great. I am not sure why this time was different. I would probably buy from them again, but I will be much more mindful about what I am buying.

Quick and easy ordering. But got a phone that can't be connected due to it being outdated even though the website says it can be connected,it can not. I mailed back for refund. Their trying to charge me a restocking fee,and sent message that phone could be connected if my cell phone service wasn't new. Well my provider,Verizon said wrong! Can not connect. Waiting for response for refund.
Indeed was overall great, representatives are nice but shipping takes some time. I will be buying again from them but I would recommend you pay for shipping otherwise it'll take ages to come.

I bought a phone from them about 2 weeks ago and once I got it via free shipping I saw that I got a refurbished phone and not a new phone, after emailing customer service and explaining to them where on the item that I bought on the webpage does it say refurbished on what I purchased, they said I was right and were willing to exchange the phone for me for a new phone. I recommend you call them before making any purchases.
Very Satisfied with product!
The first phone I received was not sprint compatible but I spoke with Melvin and was able to send it back and he sent me a new one. It works great and was able to activate with Sprint no problem!
The phone I purchased, the Nokia 6.1 was an incredible price for the quality of phone that I got. Very happy with the purchasing process and the product itself.
Awesome website and amazing customer service and great prices overall no complaints on that but the onpy con part about them is that the shipping takes them some time.
Great price but order fulfillment was terrible. I got incorrect information on shipping dates. The item took two weeks to ship from time of order. I paid for expedited shipping and did not get it. Would not recommend your company.
