3. Contact the company prior to purchase to clarify what you are actually purchasing. Thought I was purchasing a "New, in the original factory packaging, complete with all accessories" phone. What I received was a "Brand new" phone only, in a generic box with a third party charger. It was still a good price, but to say the least I was disappointed.
I wasn't sure at first, but I called them and they were super helpful. I ordered and it took a few days to get the order out the door, but then it arrived quickly after that. Phone was in excellent/new shape as promised and the price was great!
Good deals are on this site and customer service is always nice. Shipping is as expected and i highly recommend this website.
Had old Rugby, updated with new, now bought a spare
I ordered two phones and one showed up within the expected time frame. The second phone never showed up and they eventually shipped a replacement.

I ordered the rugby 4 cell phone and I got the rugby 3 cell phone. When I call your company. I was told to send them back for a refund. Thats not what I would call good business.
